This is my first to use cytokinesis array kit. After searching and comparing onlin I decided to purchase his C-2000 kit based on the acceptable price, quality warranty, and large coverage of targets. The product manual is very easy to follow and simple. I modified a little bit when I incubated samples and finally I got amazing results with sharp dots and light background. I strongly recommend this product.

This array serves as a great tool to narrow down what cytokines may be of interest in control vs. experimental groups. Once I have narrowed down cytokines of interest on a small subset of samples with this array, I generally follow up with ELISAs on a larger sample size.

Sensitivity of this array is good. however, the membrane was labelled manually (by pen) and faced membrane to membrane signal variation. Some membranes has to washed more to get clear signal than others.
