Shipping
You may place your order via phone, fax, or email. Orders usually will be shipped in 24 to 48 hours. Shipping charges are added to your invoice.
Terms of Payment
 Terms
of payment are net thirty days from the date of shipment.
A 1.5% service charge per month is added for accounts over
30 days.
Returns
RMA number has to be obtained before returning any product. 40% restocking fee will be charged for all returned merchandise.
Discount
All discount offers are good for US customers only. Promotional code must be referenced at time of ordering for discount to be applied. RayBiotech will not retroactively credit invoices when the purchaser does not use the promotional code.
