Frequently Asked Questions
Still have questions?
We offer a diverse selection of over 18,000 monoclonal and polyclonal primary antibodies. RayBiotech's antibodies were developed to target multiple different proteins relevant to cell biology, neurobiology, immunology, virology, and many other fields. We’ve also developed secondary antibodies that target multiple host species immunoglobulin isotypes. These are available unlabeled or pre-conjugated to many different reporter systems, including alkaline phosphatase, biotin, FITC and other labels.
We can usually raise polyclonal antibodies against 150 to 900 kDa antigens in about 2 months. These wil be high affinity, low specificity antibodies, capable of binding multiple sites. Monoclonal antibodies can be raised against proteins no larger than 150 kDa in 4 to 6 months. These antibodies will be highly specific for only one binding site and their production can be scaled.
