Multiplex Arrays

Move quickly while gaining comprehensive insights into the composition of your samples with high-quality multiplex arrays from RayBiotech. Confidently hunt for biomarkers, profile auto-antibodies and cytokines, identify glycan binding partners, analyze isotype antibodies, and more when you choose multiplex arrays from the most experienced company in the business.

Multianalyte Immunodetection For Biomarker Exploration

Protein biomarkers provide insight into important biological processes such as disease progression and the therapeutic efficacy of a treatment. However, because these processes are so complex, it’s crucial to analyze multiple biomarkers simultaneously using multiplex arrays such as antibody arrays, phosphorylation arrays, and bead arrays rather than single-analyte immunoassays.

With over 700 ISO certified and rigorously tested multiplex arrays, you’ll be able to find what you need to address your research objectives. Because all our arrays include fast shipping, are made in the USA, and produce reproducible results, you’ll be able to discover faster and with confidence. And if you ever need a hand, our team of PhD scientists are here to answer your questions, whether they’re about the science, troubleshooting an experiment, or discussing your options for RayBiotech’s services. Here at RayBiotech, our goal is to help you succeed.

What customers are saying

“We used QAH-INF-3-1 [Human Inflammation Array Q3] to measure cytokine in the human plasma sample. The protocol is very simple and easy to perform. We used RayBiotech's free scanning service which was completed within a week. They have very good resources for analyzing data and a very responsive team.We really like this product and plan to use RayBiotech's service/products in future assays.”

Ashok

Texas Tech University Health Science Center

“I used this protein array [Human Apoptosis Array C1, Cat# AAH-APO-1] to detect apoptotic proteins in NCM460 epithelial cell lysates. The array worked well and helped me discover a new apoptotic pathway in my project.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Protein arrays use immobilized recombinant proteins on a solid support to profile serological antibodies as well as to study protein interactions with other proteins, peptides, DNA, and drugs.

Antibody arrays, on the other hand, use immobilized antibodies on a solid support and are used for protein expression profiling.

A multiplex ELISA uses ELISA sandwich-based immunoassay technology and applies it to beads, allowing for the simultaneous measurement of multiple analytes in a sample.

In a multiplex assay, fluorescent beads are pre-coated with capture antibodies. As the beads incubate with a sample, proteins bind to the corresponding capture antibody bead. Detection antibodies allow a flow cytometer to measure the presence of protein within a sample.

Not when you work with RayBio! While our glass side arrays do require a laser scanner for fluorescent detection, we offer a free scanning service. Simply send us your slides and we’ll send you your results.
