Specificity
This product is specific for Fab and F(ab')2 portion of human IgG by IEP. It reacts with other human immunoglobulins through common light chain reactivity.This antibody demonstrates minimal cross reactivity with bovine, horse and mouse IgG; other species have not been tested.
No reactivity is seen with the Fc portion of human IgG or non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.
This TRITC-labelled antibody is a performance tested, matched reagent for use with AbD HuCAL antibodies.

Storage/Stability
Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
