Preparation:
Antisera to mouse IL-12 were raised by repeated immunisations of goats with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.

Reconstitute with 0.1 ml distilled water

For long term storage, the addition of 0.09% sodium azide is recommended.
This product is specific for mouse interleukin-12 (IL-12).
Interleukin-12 is produced by activated B lymphocytes and macrophages. The properties of IL-12 include the stimulation of growth of activated T lymphocytes and the development of TH1 CD4 +ve cells and CD8 +ve cytotoxic T cells.
Prior to reconstitution store at +4 °C. Following reconstitution store at -20 °C.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 12 months after receipt.
