Protocol Outline
  1. Sample incubation (1-2 hours)
  2. Biotin-conjugated antibody incubation (1-2 hours)
  3. Cy3-Streptavidin incubation (1 hour)
  4. Scan and data analysis
 
Use the Analysis Tool for Human Allergen Protein Array G1 to quickly perform data analysis (background subtraction, normalization, etc.).

Storage/Stability

Upon receipt, all components of the RayBio® Human Allergen Protein Array kit should be stored at -20 °C to -80 °C until just before the experiment. At -20 °C to -80 °C the kit will retain complete activity for up to 6 months. Please use within six months of purchase. Once thawed, the array glass chip and Blocking Buffer should be kept at –20 °C and all other component should be stored at 4 °C Use within three months after reagents have been thawed.
