This array, like their other Q-type products, worked well, was easy to use, and provided a lot of data for my samples at a great cost relative to competitors. I successfully ran supernatants from functional engineered lung tissues and cancer cell lines. The data analysis by the manufacturer was quick as always. When the manufacturer detected an error in the readout, and correctly identified it as too little incubation with the fluorescent antibody, they quickly and at no cost resolved the issue for me. Would definitely recommend this product.

It was the first time we try this kit, I use cells supernatant as sample, and it worked pretty well.

Pros:
1. You can run a lot of samples at the time or just few, and the processing time is basically the same.

2. You don't need a lot of sample volume.

3. The price per sample is pretty competitive compared with other facilities or companies.

Cons:

1. It takes a considerable amount of time to prepare the slides, run them an analyze it.

2. The washing time is uncomfortable for your hands/fingers since it is not as big as plate and is also kind of sharpie.

3. It is definitely time consuming to place the white grid in all the dots at the end of the running in order to analyze it, how ever I'm not sure if this is related with getting a defective set of slides, because in all my slides I got the same raw pretty uneven compared with the rest of them.

4. Again I don't know if I got a kit with defective slides, but all of them had a green mark in a corner of each slide (handwriting look like) that interfered with the signal of the sample close by that.

Received results fairly quickly. Easy to use. Used conditioned media from cultured cells
