This product does not require protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin sections e.g. trypsin or pronase prior to staining. This product does not require antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections.
This product recognizes canine parvovirus (CPV) and feline panleucopenia virus (FPV). CPV is reported to be a host range variant of FPV which emerged as a result of mutations of the viral capsid. This product does not recognize canine adenovirus (type2); canine coronavirus; canine distemper; canine parinfluenza virus; feline leukaemia virus and feline immunodeficiency virus.
Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
