This product recognizes the human CD10 cell surface antigen, a 100kD glycoprotein also known as CALLA (common acute lymphoblastic leukaemia antigen).
CD10 is expressed on a variety of cell types, including immature and germinal center B cells, lymphoblastic leukaemia cells and also on the brush border of kidney epithelial cells.
Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 12 months after receipt.
