Protein Name & Synonyms:
Immunohistology - Frozen, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistology - Paraffin
IgG concentration 1.0 mg/ml
Human, Rhesus monkey
This product does not require protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin sections.
This product does not require antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections.
This product recognizes the human CD45RA cell surface antigen.
CD45 is a complex molecule existing in a number of isoforms. Antibodies recognising a common epitope on all of these isoforms are termed CD45 whilst those recognising only individual isoforms are termed CD45RA or CD45RO etc.
This antibody reacts with the high molecular weight form of the leucocyte common antigen (LCA) expressed by B lymphocytes and a subset of T lymphocytes.
This product is routinely tested in flow cytometry on human peripheral blood lymphocytes.
Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
