This product recognizes cyclin D1, a 36kD nuclear protein which belongs to the highly conserved cyclin family. D type cyclins are predominantly expressed in the G1 phase of the cell cycle.
Cyclin D1 study is of interest in various forms of malignancy and over expression has been linked to poor prognosis.
Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
