This product reacts with most of the Basic (Type II) keratins. Including epidermal cell keratin of 86 and 58kD and skin at 58kD, 65kD and 67kD. Broad keratin reactivity is found on human epidermal cell, oesophagus and cornea.
Since each epithelium contains at least one basic keratin, AE3 is broadly reactive and stains positively almost all epithelia and their neoplasms.

This product should be stored undiluted. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
