1 mg/ml in PBS (after reconstitution)
Reconstitute with sterile H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.
Additional Application Information
For intra-cellular staining, 10µl per 1,000,000 cells. By direct ELISA, 1:10,000 dilution will yield >1.0 O.D using alkaline phosphatase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse Ig (Jackson Laboratories). Western blot, immunohistochemistry intra-cellular staining and will also work in Direct ELISA and Immuneprecipitation.
In lyophilized form, for long periods, store at 4°C in a dry environment. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -20°C.
Catabolin, Lymphocyte-activating factor (LAF), Endogenous Pyrogen (EP), Leukocyte Endogenous Mediator (LEM), Mononuclear Cell Factor (MCF), IL1F2, IL-1 beta.
The sale and/or commercial use of Recombinant Human IL1B is prohibited in the United States of America (U.S.A) and Japan.
Antibody is shipped lyophilized at ambient temperature.
