This product has been tested and found to be negative on the following rat tissues - peripheral blood leucocytes, thymocytes, splenocytes and macrophages.
The antibody recognizes the human CD45RA antigen, and therefore human leukocytes may be used as a positive control for this product. NOT SUITABLE FOR USE AS A NEGATIVE CONTROL ON HUMAN TISSUES.

Storage/Stability
Store at -20 °C only.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
