This product recognizes the OX40 antigen which is present on activated T lymphocytes that also express CD4, see Paterson, D.J. et al. for details.
The antigen is a glycoprotein of approximately 50kD molecular weight which is related in sequence to the low affinity Nerve Growth Factor Receptor, see Mallett, S. et al. for details.
This product is not mitogenic, but does enhance some T cell responses, see Paterson, D.J. et al. for details.
Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.

Spleen cells from immunised BALB/c mice were fused with cells from the NS0/1 Ag4.1 mouse myeloma cell line.
