This product recognizes the rat CD161 protein (also known as NKR-PI) a 60kD glycoprotein expressed on rat NK cells and T cell subpopulations. This antibody competes with This product for binding to the antigen.
Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
