Protocol Outline
- Dry the glass slide
- Mix samples with detection antibodies (in 96-well plate)
- Incubate with Sample/antibody mix (30 min at 37°C, followed by washes)
- Disassemble the glass slide
- Scan with a gene microarray laser scanner
- Perform densitometry and analysis
Upon receipt, all components of the Quantibody Array kit should be stored at -20 °C. At -20 °C the kit will retain complete activity for up to 6 months. The entire kit should be used within 6 months of purchase.
