Specificity
This product recognizes the cell surface receptor for neurturin, which was recently designated as GFR alpha-2. Neurturin is a member of the GDNF family, and has an important role in the control of vertebrate neuron survival and differentiation. GRF alpha-2 is a 52kD glycoprotein, and is a GPI-linked cell surface receptor.
Storage/Stability
Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
