This product detects a band of approximately 160kDa in rat brain cell lysate.

Specificity

This product recognizes human Activating molecule in beclin-1-regulated autophagy (AMBRA1), also known as WDR94.

AMBRA1 is involved in the regulation of autophagy. Research indicates that it controls protein turnover during neuronal development and in regulating normal cell survival and proliferation.

At least 5 isoforms of AMBRA have been identified.

Storage/Stability

Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
