Specificity
This product recognizes human CD172a, also known as signal regulatory protein (SIRP) alpha, SHPS-1, my D-1, BIT and p84. CD172a is a recently cloned glycoprotein which is a substrate of many activated tyrosine kinases.
Storage/Stability
Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
