This product recognizes the 32kD apoptosis related protein designated TRAIL (TNF-related apoptosis-inducing ligand) TRAIL also known as CD253, is a type II membrane protein expressed in a variety of tissues. Receptors for TRAIL have recently been identified and termed DR4 and DR5.
Storage/Stability
Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
