This product is specific for human CD288, also known as Toll-like receptor 8 (TLR8).
CD288 is predominantly expressed in lung and peripheral blood leukocytes, and plays an important role in pathogen recognition and activation of innate immunity.
This product has been shown as suitable for use in IHC on Daudi cell cytospins at 2ug/ml.
Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
