This product recognizes a 43kD member of the cyclin-dependent protein kinase (CDK) family, CDK9, previously named PITALRE. CDK9 is located primarily in the nucleus but unlike most cdc2-like kinases it does not appear to be cell cycle-regulated. This product does not cross react with other cyclin dependent kinases.
Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
