When used on asynchronous HN30 cell lysates, a band was observed at approximately 34 kDa corresponding to Cyclin D1.
Specificity
This product is specific for Cyclin D1, a member of the cyclin family that function as CKD reculators. Cyclin D1 is involved in cell cycle transition and has been shown to interact with the retinoblastoma protein. The unprocessed precursor is 295 amino acids long. It is expressed in abnormally high levels in a number of cancers and is specifically implicated in breast cancer development.
Storage/Stability
Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred.Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
