This product recognizes human DNase II (Deoxyribonuclease II), an enzyme involved in both the condensation of chromatin and the fragmentation of DNA.

Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.

Antiserum to human DNase II (CT) was raised by repeated immunisation of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.

A peptide corresponding to amino acids near the Carboxy terminus of human DNase II precursor.
