Antisera to DR3 were raised by repeated immunisation of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG prepared by ion exchange chromatography.

This product recognizes a band at approximately 59 kDa using toal cell lysate from Jurkat cells run under both denaturing and reducing conditions.
Specificity
This product recognizes the apoptosis-mediating receptor protein DR3, a receptor for TNFSF12, APO3L and TWEAK proteins that is known to interact directly with TRADD and is reportedly involved in the activation of the NF-Kappa-B signalling and apoptosis cascades.
Storage/Stability
Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
