Preparation:
Antisera to Dynorphin A 1-17 were raised by repeated immunisation of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Whole serum is supplied - diluted.

Specificity
This product blocks with dynorphin 1-17 and 1-8 but not with other related peptides. Cells are found in the paraventricular and supraoptic nucleus and fibers are found in the lateral hypothalamus in rat brain of 4% FA perfused colchicine tissue.
Storage/Stability
Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
