Heme oxygenase 1 doemonstrates a single band of approximately 32kDa.
Immunohistology:
This product reacts with human spleen, kidney and airway biopsy's, as well as pig arteries.
Specificity
This product recognizes heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1). HO-1 expression can be increased during cellular stress, including heat shock. Baseline levels of expression are high in certain tissues, including spleen and liver. Enriched enzyme preparations are recommended for experimental analysis.
Storage/Stability
Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 6 months after receipt.
