Preparation:
Antisera to human SARM1 were raised by repeated immunisation of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by ion exchange chromatography.

Specificity
This product is specific for human SARM1 (sterile alpha and TIR motif containing 1).
SARM1 contains a Toll-interleukin-1 (TIR) domain, and is reported to serve as an adaptor protein for the Toll-like receptors during the innate immune response.

Storage/Stability
Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
