Preparation:
Antisera to Leumorphin were raised by repeated immunisation of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Whole serum is supplied - diluted.

Specificity
This product blocks specifically with leumorphin (rat only). Cells are found in the paraventricular and supraoptic nucleus and fibres in the lateral hypothalamus in rat brain of colchicine treated 4% FA perfused tissue.
Storage/Stability
Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
