Preparation:
Antisera to mouse C-10 were raised by repeated immunisations of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.

For long term storage, the addition of 0.09% sodium azide is recommended. N.B. For functional studies, do not use azide.
Specificity
This product recognizes mouse C-10, also known as CCL6.
The chemokine C-10 is expressed by a range of cells including eosinophils, lung fibroblasts, some macrophages and myelopoietic mouse bone marrow cultures after GM-CSF activation.
C-10 is chemotactic towards macrophages.

Storage/Stability
Prior to reconstitution store at +4 °C. Following reconstitution store at -20 °C.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 12 months after receipt.
