Antisera to murine CIDE-B (CT) were raised by repeated immunisation of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography.

Specificity
This product recognizes murine CIDE-B (cell death inducing DFF-like effector A), a protein with homology to the N-terminal region of DFF45 (ICAD). CIDE-B expression has been reported to induce apoptosis in mammalian cells, which is inhibited by DFF45.
This product recognizes an epitope within the C-terminal region of CIDE-B and does not cross react with CIDE-A.

Storage/Stability
Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
