Protein Name & Synonyms:
CINC-1 / GRO alpha / CXCL1
Applications:
ELISA (dilution: 0.1, 0.2ug/ml), Western Blotting
Concentration (lot specific):
IgG concentration 1.0mg/ml after reconstitution.
Preparation:
Antisera to mouse CXCL1 were raised by repeated immunisations of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.
Reconstitution:
Reconstitute with 0.1ml distilled water. Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. RayBiotech recommend that the vial is gently mixed after reconstitution.
Species Reactivity:
Mouse
This product may be used under either reducing or non-reducing western blotting conditions.
This product recognizes mouse CXCL1 also known as GRO1 and KC, a 7.8kDa chemokine involved in neutrophil chemotaxis and activation, and expressed in a range of cells including monocytes, macrophages and vascular endothelial cells.
Prior to reconstitution store at +4 °C. Following reconstitution store at -20 °C.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 12 months after receipt.
