Preparation:
Antisera to mouse IL-13 were raised by repeated immunisations of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.
Reconstitution:
Reconstitute with 0.1ml distilled water. Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. RayBiotech recommend that the vial is gently mixed after reconstitution. For long term storage the addition of 0.09% sodium azide is recommended.

This product may be used under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
This product is specific for mouse Interleukin-13 (IL-13), a 12.3kDa immunoregulatory cytokine produced primarily by activated T helper type 2 (Th2) cells and also by mast cells and NK cells.
Prior to reconstitution store at +4 °C. Following reconstitution store at -20 °C.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 12 months after receipt.
