Reconstitution:
Reconstitute the vial (50 ug) with 500 ul of sterile distilled water or saline.
This antibody reacts with native and heat denatured porcine collagen type 1 and 3.Less than 0.5% reactivity is observed with porcine albumin and immunoglobulins.
Prior to reconstitution store at +4 °C.
After reconstitution store at -20 °C.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
