Specificity
This product recognizes rat collagen type III, a fibrillar collagen found in extensible connective tissues such as skin, lung, and the vascular system, frequently in association with type I Collagen.
This antibody shows less than 10% cross-reactivity with collagen type V and minimal reactivity with rat collagen type I and elastin.
This antibody shows less than 10% cross-reactivity with collagen type V and minimal reactivity with rat collagen type I and elastin.
Storage/Stability
Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
