This product recognizes sialidase, also known as neuraminidase, from bacterial species.
Sialidase is a secreted protein that catalyses hydrolysis of glycosidic linkages on sialic acid residues in many biomolecules. It is suggested to be involved in the pathogenesis of microbial infections.
Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
