This product recognizes human CD137, an 83kD type I integral membrane protein, otherwise known as 4-1BB. The CD137 molecule is primarily expressed on activated T-cells. It is a costimulatory member of the tumour necrosis receptor family and is reported to regulate T-cell activation and proliferation.
Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
