Specificity
This product recognizes the murine CD38 cell surface antigen, a 42-46kD glycoprotein expressed by B lymphocytes, a proportion of peripheral T lymphocytes and by peritoneal macrophages.
In the mouse CD38 is expressed by follicular B cells, is down regulated on germinal center B cells, and not expressed by mature plasma cells. This pattern of expression contrasts strikingly with that seen in the human.

Storage/Stability
Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 6 months after receipt.
