EIAR-DYN

RayBio® Human/Mouse/Rat Dynorphin A EIA Kit optimized for serum, plasma and cell culture media. Competition-based ELISA on a 96-well strip plate.

Introduction

Dynorphin A is a 17-amino acid opioid peptide that is cleaved from the precursor protein prodynorphin. It exerts its effects primarily through the k-opioid receptor (KOR), a G-protein-coupled receptor. Dynorphin has many different physiological actions. It has been shown to regulate pain response, cocaine addiction, Stress, depression, appetite control, circadian rhythms and body temperature.

Product Features

  • Strip plates and additional reagents allow for use in multiple experiments
  • Quantitative protein detection
  • Establishes normal range
  • The best products for confirmation of antibody array data

Specificity

This EIA kit is designed to detect human, mouse, and rat Dynorphin
