H. pylori Culture
Purity determined by:
Extracted from a pure H. pylori culture derived from one single H. pylori colony. Extraction from the whole H. pylori cells by a combination of detergent extraction and sonication. Detergent removed from final product.
0.015 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.85% Sodium Chloride, pH 7.4.
1.50 mg/mL (Pierce BCA Assay)
0.1% Sodium Azide
Suitable for use in EIA or other antibody capture Immunoassays. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
H. pylori is oxygen-sensitive. Exposure to air for more than one hour results in the loss of its viability.
Store at -70°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
