Specificity
This product recognizes human Apolipoprotein A1 and HDL. It does not cross react with apolipoprotein B, LDL, VLDL or other human plasma proteins.Apolipoprotein A1 (Apo-A1) is a lipid-binding protein which enables the transport of dietary lipids for storage, metabolism and secretion. It also plays an important role in the removal of cholesterol from cells.
Storage/Stability
Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
