Fixation with methanol or methanol/acetone recommended.
This product recognizes a glycoprotein designated TGN38 that is found primarily in the Trans-golgi network, and has been found to be an excellent marker for this cellular organelle.
TGN38 is likely to have a role in intracellular transport. It is the homologue of human TGN46.
Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
