Specificity	This product recognizes canine parvovirus (CPV) and feline panleucopenia virus (FPV). CPV is reported to be a host range variant of FPV which emerged as a result of mutations of the viral capsid. This product does not recognize canine adenovirus (type2); canine coronavirus; canine distemper; canine parinfluenza virus; feline leukaemia virus and feline immunodeficiency virus.

Description

Immunohistology:

This product does not require protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin sections e.g. trypsin or pronase prior to staining. This product does not require antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections.

Storage/Stability

Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred.

This product should be stored undiluted.

Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
