CD183 is a seven-pass transmembrane chemokine receptor that binds CXCL9, CXCL10, and CXCL11. CD183 is expressed in large quantities by T cells, as well as NK cells, dendritic cells, mast cells, alveolar macrophages, eosinophils, and human airway epithelial cells. CD183 is important in the imflammatory response for many autoimmune diseases such as Crohn's disease, rhumatoid arthritis, and multiple sclerosis.

Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
