Specificity	This product recognizes the 'a' allele of the polymorphic cell surface antigen Bu-1. Bu-1a is a 70kD alloantigen expressed on B cells and a subset of macrophages. Reports suggest that Bu-1 is expressed on B cell precursors at early stages of development. Weak cross-reactivity with Bu-1b may be seen at higher antibody levels. This may be removed by appropriate titration.

Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.

Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
