The immunogen was a 15-residue peptide matching a sequence from the C Terminus of Human DUSP10 (See Accession Number(s): NP_009138.1; NP_653329.1; NP_653330.1).
Formulation
0.5 mg/ml in TBS, 0.02% NaNH3, pH7.3 with 0.5% BSA.
ER-14-0444 staining (0.5µg/ml) of Human Liver lysate (RIPA buffer, 30µg total protein per lane). Primary incubated for 1 hour. Detected by western blot using chemiluminescence.
