Description

Description

Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase is a key enzyme in glycolysis that catalyzes the first step of the pathway by converting D-glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate (G3P) into 3-phospho-D-glyceroyl phosphate, has both glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase and nitrosylase activities, thereby playing a role in glycolysis and nuclear functions, respectively. Participates in nuclear events including transcription, RNA transport, DNA replication and apoptosis.

Indirect Fluorescent Antibody (IFA) Analysis

130-10873 (1:100): Rabbit Anti-GAPDH (63-83aa)
Alexa Fluor 488 goat anti-rabbit (1:200)
HepG2 cells
Subcellular Location: nucleus, cytoplasm, cytoskeleton, cytosol

130-10873 (1:100): Rabbit Anti-GAPDH (63-83aa)
CY3 goat anti-rabbit (1:200)
HepG2 cells
Subcellular Location: nucleus, cytoplasm, cytoskeleton, cytosol

Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Analysis

IHC shows positive staining in colon tumor tissue. Antibody Rabbit Anti-Human GAPDH (63-83aa) was used at a dilution of 1/200 followed by mouse and rabbit IgG (ready to use) polymerization using HRP polymer, counterstained with hematoxylin. Heat-mediated antigen retrieval was performed using Tris/EDTA buffer pH9.0 before starting IHC staining (40X).

Storage/Stability

The antibody is stable for at least 1 year from the date of receipt when stored at -20°C to -70°C. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquotted and stored at 4°C for 1 month or at -20°C to -70°C in a manual defrost freezer for many months without detectable loss activity. Please avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Expiration

12 months from the date of shipment when stored properly.
