Description

Introduction

Conjugation of reduced glutathione to a wide number of exogenous and endogenous hydrophobic electrophiles. Acts on 1,2- epoxy-3-(4-nitrophenoxy)propane, phenethylisothiocyanate 4- nitrobenzyl chloride and 4-nitrophenethyl bromide. Displays glutathione peroxidase activity with cumene hydroperoxide.

Western blot analysis of lysates from human brain , rat liver and lung tissue lysate (from left to right), using GSTT1 Antibody (N-term)(Cat. #102-23845). 102-23845 was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35ug per lane.
